Wetter Than Water uses a unique blend of carrier and wetting agents, which help it penetrate and saturate the epidermis, providing an instant skin “drink” to quench dehydrated skins. This emulsion provides superior moisture and beneficial nutrients that increase volume, reduce inflammation, and provide antioxidant, free radical scavenging, and immune-boosting benefits. It is recommended to apply Wetter Than Water as the first step after cleansing with DMK lipid-replenishing oils and before nourishing cream application. Specifically formulated with Transgenesis but may be used with other DMK creams.
